Friedlander Associates is an independent agency. We place accounts with multiple carriers rather than selling one company's policy, so we can match a carrier to the work you actually do.
You send the documents you already have: declarations pages, the contracts you've signed or been sent, a property manager's insurance requirements. We read them before we ask you anything, name the gaps in writing, including any we can't fix, and then market the whole program once rather than piecemeal. There is no application to fill in at the start and no obligation at the end.
We don't sell your information. What you send is used to quote, place and service your coverage, as our Privacy Policy describes. And we publish no carrier names, no premium ranges and no claim statistics without a primary source; where a page relies on a statute, a court decision or a weather record, it names the source.
